Fee Packages

The purpose of the intake session is threefold: to provide a space for you to express your concerns, to familiarize yourself with the counseling process, and to establish rapport with your therapist. This first session lasts for approximately 60 minutes and is conducted over an encrypted video call. Your privacy is our priority, and we maintain strict confidentiality and uphold anonymity throughout the process. If needed, screenings will be provided during the session. At the conclusion of the session, you will receive a provisional diagnosis along with recommendations for future steps

The psychotherapy sessions are designed with a clear purpose: to formulate a treatment plan, collaboratively work on goals, and regularly evaluate and monitor progress. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is conducted over a Zoom video conference. Ensuring your privacy is our commitment, with strict confidentiality and anonymity being upheld throughout the process. At the conclusion of each session, you will receive a formal diagnosis, have the opportunity to celebrate personal goal achievements, and obtain recommendations for your future steps.
