With above four years of experience in the field of Clinical Psychology, my areas of expertise lie in working with adult, child and geriatric population to navigate and overcome emotional, behavioral and cognitive difficulties. Throughout my childhood and adolescence, I have observed people striving with mental health issues that often goes unnoticed in a society that endorses stigmas with mental illness. Watching people suffer in silence, I have developed a strong passion that incorporates aiding individuals with various psychological issues like anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, addiction, childhood disorders or dementia. I enjoy listening and use my empathy and compassion to offer them support in challenging times by providing a safe and nurturing space. As a mental health professional, it is always delightful and rewarding to watch a client working on themselves towards their better self prioritizing mental health. The spark is to see the power of gratitude, self love and healing.
